Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Elite Indian Store, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes cancellations or refunds may be required. Please read the following policy carefully.

How Can I Cancel My Order?

You may request an order cancellation at any time before the order is delivered.

If your order is eligible for cancellation, a “Cancel” button will be displayed against the relevant order in the “My Orders” section of our website.

Simply click the “Cancel” button to proceed with the cancellation request.

For Prepaid Orders

If your order is in the “Confirmed” status, refunds can be processed either:

  • Instantly to your store wallet/credits (if applicable), or
  • To your original payment method, which may take 5–7 business days after initiation.

If your order has already been shipped (“Shipped” or “In-Transit” status), a return request may be initiated with our logistics partner. Once the return is processed, the refund will be initiated.

If the order has already been delivered, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

How Will I Be Notified About My Cancellation or Refund?

You will receive an email confirmation once your cancellation request has been successfully processed.

You will also receive a confirmation once the refund reference ID has been generated by our payment partner.

Refunds are generally credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days from the date of confirmation.

Can I Return My Order?

We do not accept returns.

Replacement Orders

In the rare event that you receive an incorrect, damaged, defective, or expired product, we will be happy to provide a replacement if the request is raised within 7 working days of delivery.

Replacement orders are generally delivered within 7–10 working days after approval.

Replacement requests are eligible in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Missing products from the order
  • Damaged product delivered
  • Expired product delivered

Our customer support team may request additional details or proof before processing a replacement request.

Once approved, a replacement order ID will be generated and shared with you.

Miscellaneous

In rare cases, refund reference IDs may not be generated due to failures at the payment provider’s end. If this occurs, please contact our support team via email. If the request is found valid, an alternative refund method may be provided within 24–48 hours.
